I'd like to propose a 3 hour Penalty if you are late making your selection.
That is, during the next round you only have 9 hours to choose your player rather than the usual 12 hours.
Penalties are for the next Round only. Not all remaining Rounds.
Also, '3 strikes' and you are out automatically.
