To clarify, you wait until your turn comes around on the order Saint Kopite posts, then you can choose any ODI player who hasn't yet been chosen by another drafter.
Saint Kopite will post a new order every two rounds, and it reverses for each even numbered round.
Kapil is an awesome choice as a one day player.
