If you asked any Gauteng fan whether Bruce Mitchell played for them, they'd unquestionably say yes. Picking him is not so much a technicality as it is actually displaying an in-depth knowledge of the history of cricket. It should be fine IMO, especially given how broad the Presidential one became.
