I wouldn't say its shocking tbh as its basically 2nd XI cricket like everywhere else. A lot of players who have done well in that cricket have gone into franchise cricket and thrived.
The only place I know of that seperates averages for all the teams you play for is Cricket Archive. Not sure if there is anywhere else.
