Afflalo was really poor last season, stopped playing defence once he was paid. Harrington is a 30 year old jump shooting power forward who doesn't shoot. They arguably upgraded their wing spot with a proven defender with size and experience, rid themselves fo Afflalo and Harringtons money ($45mill) and replaced it with Iggy's ($30mill). Great deal IMO.
