After applying for about 30 jobs, I've had three interviews so far, and have got three offers from those interviews. Two in London, and one in West Sussex. Can't decide on which one I want to go for, if any, since none of them are really what I want to do. Sounds to me you've already got half a mind for Sussex.
It would make sense, London is expensive (just snubbed a chance down there myself as the wage would be no better than here, probably less with cost of living taken in). London can be traveled to easy enough to do things. Sounds like Sussex offers more job satisfaction and money (both real terms and in cost of living)
