I had:

Stone Roses 13th - First album and the early singles and b-sides are pure class. Second Coming is decent. Would have been higher up if they hadn't imploded. Interested to see how the reunion goes, don't have tickets though.

Foo Fighters 20th - Love the first two albums, like most of the 3rd, went off them then got their most recent which is absolutely stellar. But for that I doubt they'd have made my list. Awesome live act as well which always helps.

Muse 24th - Only own their first three albums. The second is one of the best albums of the previous decade. I don't know why I stopped buying their albums tbh but there must have been a reason, hence why they only scraped in. If I'd voted the night I saw them live they would have been right up there. Bellamy is phenomenal on stage.

Metallica 21st - As some may have noticed over the years, I've always been more in the GNR camp than Metallica, but really their body of work is hard to ignore. Everything up to the Black Album is pure class, to play music that heavy and yet still so beautiful is a remarkable achievement. Yet another one who I really enjoyed live as well.

Thoughts on the rest:

Pixies - Probably should have dug deeper into these than I ever have. Like them for sure.
Beach Boys - See above.
The Doors - Never feel I quite 'got' these as much as I feel I should.
RHCP - I really like some of their stuff, but there are certain parts of their catalogue where I would rather listen to pretty much anything else.
The Who - Yeah, perhaps unlucky not to make my list. Always focused more on Beatles & Stones, they were in my 30ish deep final shortlist though
Pearl Jam - Really like some of their stuff but found myself a bit disenchanted with other bits. Was a while ago though so should probably give them another fair go.
