I've had my keeper catch a cross, wait until the box is clear then walk backwards with the ball in his handsinto his own net.
Have also had my keeper fumble a throuvh ball under no pressure then just stand staring in horror at the ball on the ground while the oppositio.'s striker nips in from 20 yards away and slot it into an empty net.
