Mills. Tuffey, Bond just seem to be a level above Butler for me.
09 Records
Butler - 34 overs 5 wickets Economy 5.79 Average 39.4
Tuffey - 9 overs 1 wicket Economy 3.88 Average 35
Mills - 114.3 overs 20 wickets Economy 5.08 Average 29.10
Both Butler and Tuffey haven't played much but its interesting to note that Tuffey's one outing came at cheaper than any of Butlers.
Actually a brief view of all this years ODI records would be interesting

lol at Mills Vettori (and Butler comes close) having far far better years than Oram with the bat.
Also if we count Broom's knock in the warm up (and since it was against a near full strength Indian team we may as well) his average goes up to 24.25. Not ideal but hardly as poor as Oram's 61 runs (if we add his warm up score of 7 he gets to 68 and his average goes down).
Loving 3-5 and have faith in 1-2 and Broom.

Lol @ you even suggesting we count Broom's score from a meaningless warm-up game. He's still yet to get to 30 in 12 digs and many on this site continue to talk him as some golden find for NZ cricket.
Also, the 09 stats (particularly the bowling stats) provide little or no context overall as you've had different players playing against different sides in different conditions. e.g Mills (114 overs) compared to Tuffey (9 overs). Also those bowlers who played against India in NZ when Sehwag & Tendulkar were eating us for breakfast obviously will have a far worse RPO for a start.
