Our middle order have really ****ed this up. We're 35-40 runs short of what we were looking at after 10 overs.

This is still NZ's second highest score all tournament tho, and the most anyone has scored against them was 158/5

Maybe they have enough.

Stokes going for slower balls here is smart. Elliot not a power hitter so he will always struggle to find fence with them.

We've been a terrible death-bowling side for a long while now (I think statistically the worst of the top 8 over the last couple of years, though that may be ODIs) so this tournament has been incredibly refreshing.

Been fantastic in the second half of this innings really.

Amazing death bowling. Stokes fantastic last over there.

NZ have never defended a total this low against England but they've done so plenty of times this WC. They won't feel like they are out of the game.

NZ bowlers gonna need to do what they've done all tournament. Save the day
It's defendable, no doubt.

Would've snatched your arm off to be chasing 154 the way things looked after 8 or 9 overs though, but.

England favourites from here.

64/6 in the last 10 overs. That's the game, right there. Don't think this pitch is as hard to bat on as the previous games we've played.

Yeah it is a hell of a lot more unexpected than our batting improvement as well.

No chance defending this, you're better off going to sleep than staying up to be disappointed with another SF exit.
