Anyone else think it a tad disrespectful to show up at a presser and prop up the feet on the desk? It's things like these that make the WI so dislikable, and then of course they'll rationalise the blowback with their victim complex.

'You will look very silly said Mr Salteena with a dry laugh.
Well so will you said Ethel in a snappy tone and she ran out of the room with a very superier run throwing out her legs behind and her arms swinging in rithum.
Well said the owner of the house she has a most idiotick run.'

It is disrespectful. However, its okay I guess as it was harmless fun. I didn't even like them bashing up every one as a part of the win. You did a great thing by winning it. However saying we proved this or that is just a bit meh.

Inspired by the latest CW podcast of Howe and zorax, here is a team of the tournament:

    Roy
    Guptill/Williamson/de Kock/Amla/Khawaja

    Kohli
    Root
    Jos Buttler

    Watson
    Russell

    Badree
    Sodhi
    Santner
    Tahir

Can't decide for the second opener. Shakib and Amir unlucky to miss out. Spinners were way better than the pacers when it comes down to it.

No Jordan for death bowling + gun fielding?

Mustafizur arguably deserves a place as well - nine wickets at an average of 9.55.

Willey potentially also, bowled on the batting massacre pitches for most of tournament and still had good numbers.

Good introduction for you - until the final, it was tremendous.

Perhaps 1992 was the best ever, although I'll always have a soft spot for 1975.

Yeah, Willey was really good. Swung the ball a bit and wasn't easy to get away.
