They had 190 on the board mate. It was a good fight back but it's hardly Angels of Mons stuff.

The issue with the Australian t20 team is and always has been the taint of too many Victorians. It's always been the format where we throw a bone to the Melbourne-based numpties not good enoigh to play other formats. Now the rest of the world takes it seriously, we need to take it seriously too and stack the side with NSWmen.

Such a great move giving Ajmal the 18th, instead of saving him for the last. Too many captains save their best bowlers until the very end, and make the game closer than it should be.

The run rate required fell below 8 with 8 wickets in hand. Whether you make 190 or 120 is irrelevant when that equation arises. That was a very unlikely win after the dropped catch.

It's not irrelevant when two wickets means two new batsmen. They bowled really well but it's certainly not "amazing".
