Argies creating better opportunities till that from Schurrle. You feel they will pay for being wasteful.

Argentina are really going to regret those misses.

For all his goals, Müller is a hard bloke to warm too.

Such nerves in the finishing here, chances being created, put your laces through it.

Muller's so lively. Always seems to be doing something evenhhe isn't popping up with the goals.

Jerry being dragged into the match the Argies want them to play at the moment. Not helped by Kroos (so far) saving his worst game of the tournament for tonight.

Seems a bit of a ****. Probably the only one in the German team. Feel he's underappreciated though. Unlike Klose, he contributes plenty outside the box.

So can we call it all square on wasted chances?

Yeah, and yet he strangely doesn't get anywhere near the grief that so many other players do for his antics.

    Should've scored, tbh.

Cliche as it is but the game needs a goal.

Commentator has just referenced Rome in 1990 as that was also goalless at half time. However I feel in entertainment levels they are poles apart. Argentina may not exactly be all out attack but it's not even approaching the cynicism of their 1990 side.

I don't remember Italia 90 much from at the time but I bought a highlights video if it when I was 8 and watched it every 3 weeks
