Seen suggested that before the tournament there should be a 'best of the rest' match where those not picked play a team of the best players who didn't qualify for Brazil. Along with those injured there are a mountain of quality players who won't be going. Who would win if there were a mini tournament between those injured, those not picked and those who didn't qualify?
