Wow, never realised how big some of these blokes are. They're ****ing giants.

Haha, ref telling them to put their belts on properly. Gun. Is that a common occurrence?

I really like the women's field, they are some fantastic technicians. Tomorrow the heavyweights (of both genders) are fighting. But if you're new to the sport, I would watch some of the lower weight classes - I think it's more fun.

Naidangiin Tüvshinbayar won Gold in 2008, and he's been looking great this year. I would keep an eye on him.
I was too astonished you were outside your science thread box to find words frankly.

So Wojdan lost but TBF it lasted longer than I would have expected (1m 22s). Well done to her.

But well done to the British audience for the reception they gave her. She's not very good at this level but it's an important symbolic achievement.

Brit through to the final after beating the world number 1/favourite. Last few seconds of the fight are absolute carnage.

Yeah, but come Monday it's back to double dip recessions and nearly 9% unemployment.

Hadn't seen anything live tonight as I've been travelling so this was a nice surprise on the highlights
