Wasn't expecting that, thrown together a couple of months ago and now in the Olympic final with a medal chance, impressive.

Have to say though that your NZ pair looked fantastic though. Be great to see them destroy the field in the final as it just shouldn't happen at that level.

Immense effort in the last 200m by Hornsey/Tait to pull a silver out of that one. Grats to Team GB, never looked like losing it.

They were good, almost as impressive as the NZ pair looked in their semi, almost but not quite.

I have high hopes for mighty Mahe in the singles final after his solid win in the semi earlier. He deserves it after that day in Beijing.
