Lol'd at Phelps only just making the 400IM final, knew it was a slow time after seeing the winner of the heat before them finish with a time 5 seconds faster but still thought he & Cseh would make it comfortably.

Brittany Elmslie a decent sort. I mean, no Amanda Beard, but not bad at all.

Good relay that at the end, thought the Dutch girl was going to do it at one point but credit to the Aussie team.
Our lot swam at about their level, a few medal chances later in the competition particularly Adlington. |
