Yeah he did it against South Africa too. He's always been identified as someone with batting ability but until recently he was a dour, technically correct tailender who could frustrate you in a FC match. Then suddenly Sri Lanka decided to use him as a pinch hitter against South Africa in an away ODI series and it worked; shocked the **** out of me.
