It's scary when you feel more comfortable with your bowlers than batsmen as an Indian fan, our limited overs batting, actually our batting in general doesn't give the same comfort these level these days.

Not completely, we didn't exactly do all that well in Australia earlier this year, but yeah I'm not too worried in 50 over cricket (even though we're carrying Sharma as a passenger, and Sehwag has become more miss than hit).

But they just don't give me the feeling of security like they did a year or so back.

I think that's an unfair criticism. India have only once this year gone to less than 2 serious batsman at the crease (vs aus feb)

Thing with Australia is that theyre so top heavy in the batting. Get 2 or 3 early and India are ahead of the game.
