Top spell from NMac. The McCullum family is more or less single-handedly defeating Bangladesh here.

Vettori ukh. In the end nowhere near it.

Vettori and Oram are showing their age in the field these days.

These dropped catches are driving me nuts.
Some poor bowling as well. Way too many short balls.

Mills' last over was trash wasn't it? Oram also quite a risk in the latter stages of an innings. Southee typically good though.

Yep.

NZ were always going to win after McCullum's incredible innings, but NZ were ordinary in the field. Southee and NcCullum bowled well, but the rest were poor and simple catches continue to be dropped.
Major improvement needed in the field for the Pakistan game.

Our batting seems to revolve around having all our eggs in the McCullum or Taylor basket. Love to see someone else making a big score.

Wow, what an innings from McCullum. Simply superb hitting. A colleague at work put $50 on Bangladesh to win this match so nice to see him lose his money :D

Disappointing from Vettori, Oram though. Was a bit surprised given the way they were getting hit around that Taylor didn't decide to go to Williamson, Nicol or Franklin for an over or two.

True - especially considering (as much as I don't like to admit it) Franklin's bowling pretty much won us the game in India.

To open or not to open with Jimmeh tonight?

Advantages: brings a calmness amidst the storm of Guptill and BMac's hitting and will look to bat through the 20.
Disadvantages: can be slow to start, which might frustrate the other hitters into risky shots and makes Nicol's middle order selection look like a brainfart.
