**Official** Group A Discussion - England, India, Afghanistan

Whatever it takes!!!
Really depends on the quality of the 3rd seamer and the 2nd spinner, to be honest. It is not like an Amit Mishra would have done worse than Ishant did on that tour... It's slim pickins, but you still gotta try and pick the best of the bad lot.

lol.. when did England get this dire against spin? I have seen them lose to spin but I have also seen them play pretty darn well against spin for a number of matches/sessions... The way India plays and bowls seam and the way England play spin are frankly ridiculous. They should just allow their A teams play a lot more against each other home and away. The only way talented youngsters on both sides would improve, tbh...
Tbf, England did send their A team to SL last winter. In fact the likes of Buttler went there and got 2 100's and a 50 in a 5 match series against a side that included Suraj Randiv.

Then against Harbhajan he tries to back away and swat it through the off side
