Hmm, it's a little strange to be going on about keepers, isn't it? I mean, they're all going to be there for their batting, aren't they? Just so happens that the promising players also keep.

Yes, it would be a decent batting lineup for T20, but England would struggle to finish the fifth bowler's quota with this lineup..

Nah, Bedwetter is a front liner - 5 overs 3-22 in his career to date.

Seriously, wtf has Harbhajan done to get in the XV? He was awful in the IPL and the likes of Ojha and Sharma should definitely be ahead of him.

Watching the highlights of 2007 t20 world cup. Surprised to see that philander was part of that team. Dropped 2 catches against India

And also duly choked when batting. Came with SA needing 26 off 20 to qualify and scored 2 of 5. SA 's choking would be funny if it wasn't so tragic.

Indian squad- Why can't India pick a fleet of T20 specialists? Yusuf Pathan, Luv Ablish, Yo Mahesh, Aravind, Parvinder Awana, Mandeep Singh, Kedar Devdhar, Sid Chitnis, SK Yadav, Robin Uthappa- almost an entire XI- who can play exclusively in T20Is, to keep the frontline Test and ODI players fresh for the longer assignments.

Both MS Dhoni and Harbhajan are poor picks in T20Is. Harbhajan in particular has too few wickets, poor average and poor strike rate, and you have a much better batsman in Yusuf Pathan. Fair, Dhoni does well when he's playing in the IPL, but in T20 internationals, his poor strike rate is an area of weakness, especially with Gambhir out of form. Irfan as an opener may be tried for this event, for this reason. While the others are decent picks for the event, a few (Sehwag, Gambhir, Zaheer, Ashwin) need to be rested for the forthcoming Test and ODI events.

So on one hand you ask them to pick a team of specialists then you follow it up by advocating a bowler opening the batting?
