Game getting better for Ajmal now. Lumb gets a start and gets out again; another good innings though, like his aggression. Need KP to get a few now.

Ajmal snipes 14 of the last over, drops three, and then bowls a wicket-over conceding only three runs.

Love him or hate him, you can't ignore him. :p

Still not convinced by CK, should of been out earlier, and is very limited in strokes, and a poor WK. Apart from that he's okay, I guess.

KP dropped as well. That one wasn't easy though tbf.

Doesn't look like KP wants to run much. Just started hitting the ball a lot harder.

Needs to rotate the strike more, at the moment his innings consists of boundaries and dots.

Taking away boundaries, Lumb scored 7 from 9, Kieswetter scored 7 from 23. Pietersen currently 22 from 23.

Stupid shot from Pietersen that. Would have been out against a competent fielding side, luckily we're playing Pakistan so that's a 6.

The Kieswetter stat is slightly worrying, but Lumb's is very good. You can expect batsmen to score off every delivery, so adding the 7 from 9 to the boundaries is impressive stuff. Sure Kieswetter will come good later in the tournament too. He was written off after 2 failures against Bangladesh but came back with a glorious century. I expect him to make to make a score of note very soon

Yeah he smacked the inside of his foot with his own bat a few overs ago.
Well seems to have improved his batting TBH, keeping it basic and not arsing about so much. Even though he's running better now, so nowt serious thankfully.

Can't even see England **** it up from here, was a massively sub-standard score really despite the pish death-bowling. Even though the typical fielding of Pakistan hasn't hurt.
