Career circling the drain, IMHO. Not just his age, but the mileage too. That shoulder has been turned over a fair few times.

Needs to give away a format or two to lengthen whichever format he wants to.

Apparently he plans on retiring from test cricket after Sri Lanka's series against the West Indies (whenever that is) and from ODIs after the next world cup, then concentrate solely on Twenty20.

Nah, don't blame him, but it's the format he's least suited to, IMHO. His turn wasted in T20.
