Yeah, so awesome for Afghanistan to make this. Can't wait to see them play.

Could this be the first time more people are cheering on India's opponents than India in a cricket match?

Probably not. But can't be too far off.

YES! Just won a bet paying $4.50 for Afghanistan to score 3-4 runs in the first over.

Reckon it's a decent track and Afghanistan will be looking at a score of about 115.

Should have a betting thread, people could make a killing the way the odds change. They're so ridiculously volatile.

$4.50 for that bet seems very good value. The first over in any T20 tends to be low scoring. But maidens are still very rare. So 1-2 or 3-4 are pretty likely.

I actually thought that was a replay of the first wicket.

I thought so too. Don't normally like betting on any individual over, but the first over for a weaker team against the big boys, I couldn't really see anything over 4 runs being scored.

It looks so refreshing to see a T20 match in such bright conditions.

The Indian team doesn't seem to bat deep at all.

Noor Ali gonna have to do it all himself by the look of things. Afghans not adjusting to the slowness of the track thus far.

That Jadeja over was the first one in a while where more shots went to fielders than not. I was totally agreeing with Chappell about the proper cricket shots before Ali cranked out the reverse sweeps. Very impressive from Afghanistan so far, definitely.
