Just a reminder to Mork that June has 30 days, so have edited the dates accordingly.

Drop Busquets, play Fabregas instead and play a winger instead of Torres. They can always bring him off the bench if they are desperate for a goal. This formation doesn't really get the best out of Spain but the quality of the players is papering over the cracks.

If Spain don't beat this shower of plop they don't deserve to be world champions.

Although (thank you BBC) in their last 3 QFs they've lost to Belgium, Italy & South Korea, so who knows?

If anyone should be dropped it's Xabi Alonso. Del Bosque isn't getting the best out of Xavi - Fabregas is much more suited to the role that he wants Xavi to play.

Ref disallows another goal. Goals are rare enough as it is without the refs making it even worse...

All the dire games feature Mark Bright, coincidence I think not.

Spain very lucky not to be a goal down here. I was expecting them to take this one comfortably and give Germany a different sort of problem to deal with in the semis but I'm not at all sure of that anymore.
