1.40 suggests that the event is around 71.5% likely to happen.

So if Spain are more than 71.5% likely to qualify, than its value.

I'm no expert, but I'd think that Spain are value here.

Thought 2.16 for a Paraguay win tonight looked good odds.

Yeah thought so too so I put $10 on Brazil, Paraguay and Italy to win @4.43

Also if NZ scores a goal I should be looking at $40-$150 after putting a few punts on our strikers and one on Reid (who was paying 150). Can see if we do get a goal it could well be a header and I'd say Reid is going to be probably brought up for those everynow and then.

Put $5 on:

Paraguay head-to-head - $2
2-3 goals in the ITA v NZL game - $1.90
Brazil -1 goal start v Ivory Coast - $2.80
Now, I need the under-20 NZ rugby team to get the points start of 12.5 against the under-20 Aussies to claim tasty $101. No pressure...

Stuck £20 on Slovenia or Draw @ 13/8, seemed decent odds

NZ won 62-17, so obliterated the line by about 32 points... Yummy.

Cheeky multi on:

- Argentina to win last night
- Uruguay to score first against (whoever they were playing), ending on:
- England to win their final pool game.

$5 to win $30-odd, but it's all useful.

Had around $60 worth of bets on tonights matches, mostly multies, but some single bets. Will update if any of the multies are still going after the first two games, but I really doubt it with my run in this stupid WC.

Particularly as 5 points would almost certainly have a team qualify anyway.
Mmhmm.

$5 on England-England @ 2.10
$5 on England 1-0 @ $5.50

Also have a cheeky $3.50 bet on the results of 7 matches, USA and England winning being two of them, Argentina and Germany two others. Will bring in over $200 if it comes though, Denmark is the big question.

Earned another $30 on the Germany and Australia both winning.

The multi bet needs Argentina, Holland, Brazil, Paraguay and Denmark to win IIRC.

World cup bets have went alright so far $71 up with that $3.50 my only pending bet.

Anyway what are you gambling kiwis putting on tonights match? I'm too nervous to put anything on it yet so was wondering what you guys thought were good odds.

I haven't really looked at what odds are available. The All Whites have been good to me in this tournament with my lay bets on their opponents, so I put on another one without much regard for the odds I got. Can't even remember what they were!
