Day Thirteen Update
Admin: no tips from PC for a fourth day, so goneskis. SS missed the opening two games, so gets the lowest score achieved in them (ripper's -2).
Some v decent scoring from some quarters today, with Ausage, Burgey, Faaip, NUFAN, Clapo & SKD nailing all four outcomes, but the latter is the day's guv'nor with the USA & England results nailed on, two for a one-goal Oz win and another for Jerry's win. No tips from 99* or PhF, who cop the day's lowest. Daily SKD 9 NUFAN 8 Clapo 7 Burgey 7 Vimes 6 Somers 6 Days of Grace 6 Faaip 6 Matteh 6 grecian 5 Meridio 5 Ausage 5 Adam 4 altoz 4 Noble One 4 bi 4 Pothas 4 Fred 4 marc 4 Brumby 3 Marcuss 3 Straw Man 2 Steulen 2 chalky 0 fatt 0 ripper 0 GIMH -2 SS -2 PhF -2 99* -2 Stormer of a day for dav then. Opens up a three point lead and garners a fourth daily bonus. Somers's six moves him into the medals. Overall 1) SKD 28.04 2) Pothas 25.03 3) Somers 18.02 =4) Adam 18.01 =4) Matteh 18.01 6) Fred 14.01 7) Brumby 14 8) NUFAN 12 9) grecian 11.02 10) altoz 11.01 11) Straw Man 10.02 12) Faaip 10.01 13) fatt 8.02 14) Ausage 8.01 15) Marcuss 8 16) Noble One 7.02 17) Meridio 7.01 18) Vimes 7 19) Burgey 6.01 =20) Days of Grace 5.01 =20) GIMH 5.01 22) SS 4.01 23) Clapo 4 24) chalky 3.01 25) bi 0 26) marc -1 27) Steulen -3.99 28) PhF -5.99 29) ripper -12 30) 99* -15

Scoring changes for Round 2 & Day 16 and 17 fixtures
Largely as you were, except:
- A correct outcome scores 2 points - A correct margin of victory scores 3 points - A spot-on scoreline scores 4 points - An incorrect prediction scores -2 points - If scores are level after 90 minutes, only the result after extra time will count for scoring purposes - If you think scores will be level after 120 mins you can predict a win on pens, e.g. England 1 Germany 1 - Germany to win on pens, but an incorrect outcome still scores -2 regardless of getting the final score correct. --- Saturday 26 June Uruguay v South Korea USA v Ghana Sunday 27 June Germany v England Argentina v Mexico |
