Since Vimes hasn't posted a question, here's another.

This World Cup winning country is unique for 2 reasons. What country am I talking about, and what is unique about them?

Are the reasons solely related to World Cup performance?

This may have too much to do with World Cup performances, but Brazil because:

1. The only team to have won the World Cup on a continent that wasn't their own
2. The only Cup-winning country never to have won a World Cup that it hosted
