Abstain (can't vote against Alan Ball's annoying falsetto, Klose has had a pretty successful World Cup career - can't split 'em)
Milla

19 - worst battle in history of CW.

Romario in the second one, but damn close. Always thought the cradle was Bebeto's thing though?

Yes, it was. Bebeto had just become a father.

****s relied on a blatant off-side goal to beat the Dutch but Romario was brilliant for PSV for years, and that's far more important.

Englishman
Another Englishman exits. Shocker.

Klose & Milla advance.

Pick the bones out of these:

Battle Twenty-One

Roberto Rivelino (Brazil)
World Cups: 3 (1970, 1974, 1978)
World Cup Apperances: 13
World Cup Goals: 6
Best Performance: Winner in 1970
Noteable for: A murderous free-kick versus the Czechs in 1970, flawless distribution and a luxuriant tache.

v

World Cups: 4 (1994*, 1998, 2002, 2006)
Apps: 19
Goals: 15
Best: Winner in 1994 & 2002

*Unused squad member

Battle Twenty-Two

Bobby Charlton (England)
World Cups: 3 (1962, 1966, 1970)
Apps: 14
Goals: 4
Best: Winner in 1966
Noteable for: Scoring both goals in the semi-final versus Eusebio's Portugal in 1966 and being arguably England's greatest ever player.

V

Zbigniew Boniek (Poland)
World Cups: 3 (1978, 1982, 1986)
Apps: 13

Rivelino. mainly for the tache, tbf.

Oh, I nommed Boniek, he had a great 'tache and he almost made ginger be cool.

But Bobby Charlton, that impossible thing, an under-rated Englishman, IMHO.
