Well it's either English or British but there is no case for calling me Welsh, Scottish or Irish, try harder next time

Difference there of course is that if England isn't a real country then we make ourselves smaller, not bigger, whereas their are Spanish regions which do not believe themselves to be part of Spain.

Comment was tongue-in-cheek of course, but I still take pleasure in proving you wrong

Should just break Spain up into colonies. We'd obviously get a few because we've basically bought Spain a few times over through the EU. May as well just get it done now and save them being declared bankrupt and being sold off.

Yeah looking forward to it, unlike others I don't want Spain to go out but Chile are just so great.

Agreed. Ideally Switzerland just make it easy by playing with all the attacking flair they've shown to date and drawing 0-0.

Have always felt this Spain team is special despite their first loss to Switzerland.

Ugh, don't like that red card, game over

Think Pickup once told me that you can't play advantage on a red so the goal shouldn't have stood, no?

Just flicked over to the Swiss game. Eeeuwww. Dire. If they can't get it up for this why even bother?

Spain/Portugal would be sizeable tho.
