I have Lampard as captain tonight and Terry so hopefully a bit of bullying for the English and I can stay top.

Well now the final penalty has been converted it's time to congratulate our winner....

    (drum roll)

...Marc! Makes sure some at least one trophy comes back to blighty. Blewy nicks 2nd from me by 2 points & Ben can't quite live up to his early promise, but ends a creditable 4th.

Thanks to all who entered a team. Hope to see you back for the Premiership comp.

Surprised I finished as high as 7th, missed one of the transfer periods because I was in hospital, all my strikers were crap and I picked some wrong sides to progress to the last 4.

The Czechs killed me and then I loaded up with Brazilians and Argies so I was gone after the 1/4s.
