What criteria are you using to give the third round to Belcher? Thought his striking was fine but Akiyama's counters were good enough to neutralise them and the takedown at the end, despite not being hugely damaging could've swayed a judge or two(as it seems to have done)

EDIT: Fwiw I think that Akiyama won most of the standup in round 1 but Belchers "knock down" would've swung the round his way.
