Similar for a batsman. For an all-rounder, I'd be using 1 x batting, 1 x bowling and 1 x fielding.

Generally, teams will only have 3 to 5 trainees on the go at once -- the rest of the team would be older players, e.g. 23+, who aren't being trained.
The majority of my team is trainees, young players (17/18/19) who are getting 1 net on batting or bowling, with a stamina and a fielding in there too. Should I get rid of a couple of trainees and get a couple of older, pre trained guys, or stick to my guns, but only be giving them one net each?
