What should these players be on or is that wrong? Also, I don't do any stamina training, should I bring that in and sacrifice something here?

You're getting there, but I think you're better off ditching most of your trainees and buying in some better ones. Someone said that you'd probably get another £50k next update -- I suggest you use it on buying 3 or 4 trainees, Competent/Mediocre or above, all with at least Feeble stamina.
Seriously, you NEED secondary skills and stamina -- there's no point having a decent bat if he's got not concentration, and without any stamina, he's going to get knackered after about 5 runs.
BTW, have you employed some Sports Psychologists? Just checking -- you need them, or you won't get any secondary boosts from your primary nets.

Nope. He's rubbish -- it'll take YEARS for his concentration to come up to scratch, and almost as long for his stamina to improve. Seriously, get rid. There may be some mug out there who'd buy him, but I wouldn't count on it.

Better. However, with 17yo Competent/Mediocre batsmen going for £10k or so, you'd be much better off buying one of those.

More like it. If you're lucky, he might even be a high mediocre.
Trust me -- with those trainees, you're not going to be much better in 2 seasons' time than you are now. With decent ones, you'll have a clutch of Respectable+ players
with decent conc/cons and stamina, who should start winning you the odd game.
