The winner of Season 2 CW Premiership will represent CW in the OFC Champions League. The format will be 2 groups of 3 teams. Each playing the other 2 teams in their group, home and away. The top team from each group will play a home and away final to determine the winner. The winner will also face a play off against a Japanese team for entry into 2008 Club World Championship.
