Kallis > Oram as a Test bowler on a non-seaming surface, but to say Oram's "bowled pies" is quite untrue. He's rarely offered any great threat, no, but in only one Test in his career where he's bowled many overs that he's gone for more than 2.7-an-over or so.

Oram isn't the most incisive bowler ever, but he's exceptionally rarely a pie-chucker.
