I'd like to think given his non-fluency in English and trying to talk quickly he meant Pakistanis all over the world and not Muslims... but non-fluency in English does not have anything to do with jumbling the words Pakistanis & Muslims... even if he didn't mean what people think it means,it sure made my neighbours here uneasy...
