I posted this in the Michael Vaughan thread yesterday, but it's probably more relevant in this one so I'll post it here:

9. Chris Tremlett
ODIs: 6 wickets @ 44.16 (5.01)
List A: 134 wickets @ 23.51 (4.51)
2007: 9 wickets @ 30.00 (4.02)

10. Ryan Sidebottom

11. James Anderson

List A: 158 wickets @ 26.11 (4.66)
2007: 6 wickets @ 32.66 (4.26)

12. Monty Panesar
ODIs: 16 wickets @ 39.00 (4.52)
List A: 27 wickets @ 35.59 (4.38)
2007: N/A

Panesar to play if the pitch looks to be somewhat of a turner, in which case Tremlett misses out.

Bopara, Flintoff and Trescothick to all come in when they are available - Bopara could well end up solely a squad member by then though if all goes well with Bell and Trott.

Tremlett doesn't get mentioned much, but his record is pretty good in both forms of cricket and he's bowled well this season. I know he can't bat and his fielding makes Monty look good, but the other candidates can't bowl so it's an easy decision on that basis. Dimitri won't get picked - I'm pretty confident of that - but I don't really know why he shouldn't be. Sure, he's military medium pace and his batting is a bit agricultural, but given the lack of options in general, to not ever give a go despite his very good one day cricket would be ridiculous.

My other squad members would be Dalrymple, Plunkett and Allenby.
