In a tight situation, or a big occasion like a final, SL have generally prevailed over Aus.
Why? In each of these 6 games in the video clip, Aus has gone into the game as top dog - and in some cases (eg: WC '96, Aus collapse from 152/2 in 30 overs to 241 in 50) the pressure has got to them. Even in tight run chases (eg: Aus-SL '04, Bevan and Symonds are unable to get Aus over the line despite needing only 6 off the last over - the famous "Dr Death over" by Vaas) there is a prevailing sense among the Lankans that the Aussies do choke.
Interesting to see how the Aussies fare in the big final on Sat night.
