SA v Pak : Day 5

Pakistan cruised home to an 8-wicket win over South Africa this morning. Starting the day needing just 24 runs for victory, Pakistan lost only the wicket of Taufeeq Umar in the chase. Umar was bowled by Paul Adams for 63. Adams finished with 8/185 match figures.

Yasir Hameed got to 20 and Shoaib Malik got 8 when the winning runs were hit. Taufeeq Umar and Danish Kaneria won a joint Man of the Match award. Umar score a century in the first innings and a fifty in the second and Kaneria took a second innings 5-wicket haul to topple the South African innings.

Pakistan lead the series 1-0.
