Hinds out and Best in for last ODI

Bajan pace bowler, Tino Best has been called up to the West Indies squad of 14 for the final ODI against England, to be played on Wednesday. Best returned against England in the Test series, following a year-long layoff since his debut and he replaces Ryan Hinds in the provisional squad.
To date the 22-year-old Best is uncapped in limited overs internationals and has indeed played only 3 List-A matches in his career thus far.
