Day 2 Kenya v Barbados at Windward Club, Barbados.

A six-wicket haul for Maurice Odumbe kept Kenya in their game against table-toppers Barbados at the Windward Club. Having been dismissed for 171 on day one, with only Kennedy Otieno (52) making a notable contribution, and Pedro Collins (5/57) and Tino Best (3/37) doing the damage.

Resuming on 45/0 on day two, Sherwin Campbell (31) and Martin Nurse (32) advanced the score to 54. Ryan Hinds (35) and Floyd Reifer (50) managed to contribute nicely to the effort and Courtney Browne (42) chipped in in the lower order. Still Odumbe's offspin grabbed 6/64, whilst Tikolo took 3/45 and Barbados were all out for 221 and a lead of 50.

Collins (1/6) and Best (1/2) then struck, leaving Kenya at 27/2 overnight, facing 16 overs to the close. Otieno (2) and Shah (6) are the men out.

Day 2 Trinidad and Tobago v Guyana at Albion, Guyana.

In their first real strong showing of the season, Guyana progressed to first innings points and a 94-run lead by the close of day two in their game over Trinidad and Tobago. Having bowled out T&T for 141 on day one, Guyana resumed on day two at a struggling 19/2, Bravo having claimed both wickets to fall.

Deonarine (71) and Dowlin (67) now added 131 runs for the fall of the next wicket and both registered good half-centuries, before perishing to Reyad Emrit. Neil McGarrell (34) and Damodar Daesrath (30 not out) then continued the push, and Guyana closed in a very strong position at 237/6. McGarrell perished just before the close of play.

Dwayne Bravo only bowled 4.1 overs on the day until an aggravated knee forced him out of proceedings.

Day 2 Leeward Islands v Windward Islands at Philipsburg, St. Maarten.

The Leeward Islands consolidated a good day one position to a score 378/9 dec. on day two. Tonito Willett (65) and Stuart Williams (74) struck half-centuries and the Windwards bowlers were denied success during their 127-run stand.

Cornwall (24), Tuckett (35), Jerome Williams (42) and Virgil Browne (25) then contributed usefully in pushing the total along as the Leewards tried to make up for the rain-affected first day with some positive play.

In response Devon Smith got some shots away in getting to 27 not out and his at 40/0 at stumps.

Day 2 Jamaica v West Indies 'B' at St John's, Antigua.

After the first day was rained out, little play took place on day two, with the West Indies 'B' team closing on 46/2 from 23 overs.
