State of Origin Teams Named

The teams for the North vs South game have been announced and are:
North Island: Ian Butler, Chris Cairns, Kyle Mills, Hamish Marshall, Chris Nevin, Jacob Oram, Scott Styris, Mathew Sinclair, Ross Taylor, Daryl Tuffey, Daniel Vettori, Michael Mason.
South Island: Nathan Astle, Craig Cumming, Stephen Cunis, Stephen Fleming, Peter Fulton, Chris Harris, Chris Martin, Brendon McCullum, Craig McMillan, Warren McSkimming, Michael Papps, Aaron Redmond, Andrew Schwass.
Jeff Wilson, Lou Vincent and Mathew Walker were not considered because of injury.
The game is to be played two days after the State Shield final at Jade Stadium on February 8th.
