Warrior Hussey

Australia 'A' batsman Mike Hussey will remain a Western Warrior in the summer of 2003/04.

Hussey, the centre of mass speculation about a move to either South Australia, Victoria or Tasmania, will play out the next summer in Perth, he announced.

He was believed to have been unhappy with coach Mike Veleta, who has now been sacked by the state.

However, the future of teammates Ryan Campbell, Matt Nicholson and Brad Williams remain up in the air.
