Tasmania Name 2003/04 Squad

The Tasmanian Cricket Association has announced their preliminary list of contracted players for the 2003/04 summer.

The list excludes Shane Jurgensen, Ben Oliver and Luke Williams, all contracted to the state last year, with Williams and Oliver the high-profile signings for the Tigers.

David Saker was also an absentee, having concluded his playing career to take up a coaching role within the association, as has Dene Hills.

Brett Geeves has graduated to a full senior contract, while Andrew Downton was also offered a contract.
