Boeta Dippenaar has been ruled out of the rest of the NZ series and the one-day series against India after suffering a wirst injury which will require surgery.

Jacques Rudolph has been called into the squad as his replacement and is likely to play the third ODI at Port Elizabeth later today.

The chairman of selectors Haroon Lorgat had the following to say on Rudolph's call up, "Jacques had a good A tour of Sri Lanka and would have learnt much about taking responsibility through the captaincy experience on the sub-continent."
