The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) have asked interim coach Shaun Williams to remain as coach for the upcoming Twenty20 World Cup in South Africa.

The BCB have said they will look to appoint a new coach after the Twenty20 World Cup for the tour of New Zealand.

Current Derbyshire coach and former Zimbabwean captain Dave Houghton is understood to be at the top of the shortlist with Australians Jamie Siddons and John Harmer also being considered.
